Julie has over 30 years of diverse human resources management experience that spans start-ups to established organizations. She has worked extensively in all facets of human resources including audits and compliance, benefits and compensation, recruiting, employee and labor relations, training and development, and policy design and has experience in both union and non-union environments. Julie leads the James Moore HR Solutions Consulting team, which provides clients with guidance and solutions to build and improve their HR infrastructure. Clients include start-ups, non-profits, government entities, construction companies, medical practices and more. She is regularly asked to give presentations to various professional organizations. Julie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Toledo. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.

Katie is a forward-thinking HR consultant with more than 20 years of experience guiding organizations across sectors—including municipal government, healthcare and professional employer organizations. Her expertise spans all facets of human capital management, including talent strategy, total rewards, performance optimization and compliance.

At James Moore HR Solutions, Katie helps clients align workforce strategy with business goals using data analytics, modern HR technology and a people-first approach. She takes time to understand each organization’s culture and challenges, delivering tailored, sustainable solutions that drive performance and growth.

Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and is SHRM Certified in Workplace Investigations.

A dedicated HR professional with over 25 years of experience, Danielle is a passionate advocate for both employees and management. She excels at crafting tailored HR solutions that align with business objectives while enhancing the overall employee experience. She also has a keen understanding of employment laws and regulations and a genuine empathy for people.

Danielle’s expertise as an HR generalist includes recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits and compensation, performance management, training and development, and HR policies and compliance. While she has worked primarily in the nonprofit sector, she also has experience with small and medium-sized for-profit corporations in various industries. Regardless of the industry, Danielle enjoys using her expertise to advise clients in order to foster a positive, compliant and effective workplace.

Bailey brings five years of HR experience, excelling in client-focused tasks, project coordination, and administrative responsibilities. At James Moore Advisory, she plays a pivotal role in the HR Solutions team, delivering exceptional service to ensure client success.

Her expertise spans recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance—skills homed in multiple industries including the staffing industry and healthcare.  There, she refined retention strategies, improved onboarding, and led a CRM software transition to streamline hiring.
