Lynn serves as the primary point of contact for clients and works proactively to anticipate their needs and exceed their expectations. This includes delivering work to clients, assisting production teammates with obtaining documentation, determining whether new services are appropriate for clients (and whether they’ve outgrown existing services), answering questions and otherwise maintaining regular contact with clients.
Lynn brings over 30 years of professional experience in public relations, human resources and person-to-person service to her role at James Moore. Her work history includes local government, healthcare, software development, event management, emergency management, child welfare and more. This breadth of experience gives her the multiple perspectives needed to work with the firm’s wide variety of clients.
