Kris Hutchins

Kris has nearly 15 years of experience in the accounting industry. In her leadership role in the tax department, she handles the review of complex tax returns, tax planning and projections for clients. She also supervises tax accounting staff members, provides expertise and guidance, and develops the strategy for the future of the department.

Kris’ primary focus is on manufacturing/technology, healthcare and startup companies, including complex partnerships, C corporations and multistate companies. Through this work she has built up extensive expertise with research and development (R&D) tax credits, business structure tax strategies, state and local tax (SALT) issues, and mergers and acquisitions.
