Mike Sibley, CPA and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Katie Davis, CPA and Lean Six Sigma Certified, were recently published in Construction Business Owner Magazine for their article, “Enhanced Accounting Methods Add Value. How to apply Lean Six Sigma principles to improve financial strength”. The article addresses our case study involving a large commercial contractor that reduced their monthly financial closing time from 60-90 days down to 15 days by applying Lean Six Sigma Principles.
